2026 Summer Intensive

Come join us for a Summer Dance Party!

JSOD is hosting different themed dance parties on July 15, July 22, July 29, and August 5, 2026. 

Each week’s party will feature a different theme and/or character!

There will be Story Time, Crafts, Games, and of course Dancing.

Come party with us!

Summer Dance Parties are open to children age 2 – 7.

The fee for each Camp is $40 plus tax.

We are offering a mini-dance camp for our pre-dance aged students (21 months – 3.5 years) who are interested in continuing their dance education over the summer!

Classes will take place on the following Tuesday’s:

July 7, July 14, July 21, & July 28.

Pre-Dance ballet will be from 5:00 – 5:30pm and the fee for all four weeks is $40.00 plus tax.

Dancers may also take Tiny Tumblers this summer! Tiny Tumblers is offered immediately following Pre-Dance ballet from 5:30 – 6:00pm. The fee for Tiny Tumblers is $40.00 plus tax.

We are offering a Twinkle Toes Summer Dance Camp for students age 4 – 5 years old. 

Classes will take place on the following Tuesday’s:

July 7, July 14, July 21, & July 28.

Classes will be from 6:00 – 6:45pm and dancers will be taking both Ballet and Tap. 

The fee for the Twinkle Toes Summer Camp is $60.00 plus tax.

This intensive is for new or returning recreational dancers, who are interested in trying new genres of dance! Dancers will take classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics, and Hip-Hop.

Two age groups available – age 6-8 and age 9-12. 

Dancers may sign up for one or both sessions.

 July 13 – July 31

Session 2 fee is $150.00 plus tax. 

This intensive is for returning dancers who are interested in pre-comp/competition team for the 2026 – 2027 season! Dancers will take classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Acrobatics, Hip-Hop, and Musical Theatre.

In order to be considered for the competition team, dancers must take both sessions.

July 13 – July 31

The fee for the Future Gems intensive is $315.00 plus tax. 

Please note, dancers are permitted to miss one, of the three intensive weeks, due to scheduled a vacation, camp, etc. and still permitted to audition for the competition team. The missed classes will not be rescheduled and a refund will not be issued.

This intensive is for dancers currently enrolled as a Diamond, Ruby, Emerald, or Sapphire competition team member. Dancers will take classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Acrobatics, Hip-Hop, and Musical Theatre.

Classes will take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Specific classes and times will be sent via email. In order to be considered for the competition team, dancers must take both sessions. 

Session 1: June 22 – July 3

Session 2: July 13 – July 31

Please note, dancers are permitted to miss one, of the five intensive weeks, due to scheduled a vacation, camp, etc. and still permitted to audition for the competition team. The missed classes will not be rescheduled and a refund will not be issued.
